Fabienne is a fantastic PT. The training plans provided are clearly tailored, I suffer from back pain and Fabienne’s sessions have helped massively & my supporting muscles feel much stronger.
The thing that sets Fabienne apart is the level of communication she gives you, she’s always checking in with you & answers any questions. The weekly check in videos are especially helpful so you know you’re on the right track. Fabienne is very down to earth and friendly. I highly recommend!

Fab really understood my personal goals and designed my plan to meet them. My body shape has changed completely, particularly my upper back. What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret. Consistency, setting realistic and attainable goals, training regularly, being on top of your nutrition, wanting change, support, drive and self belief.

Building relationships with my clients, and helping them work towards their goals
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to build a team. Give people the tools they need to achieve what they want without a middle man. I am passionate about health and fitness and want to share that with others. I think i am a great teacher and my clients inspire me with their dedication and achievements.

Online sessions can be provided on zoom 1-1 and in pairs. I also offer online coaching through True coach platform where i give you your weekly workouts with a vide library for reference.
