Gino has been so attentive! Flexible and so motivating. The support he gives has not only made me want to make changes but stick to them. As someone with such little time flexibility is important and Gino has somehow made something I really struggle with so easy. He provides great solutions for big problems and I’m so happy to have him guide me through a journey to a healthier lifestyle! Routine, Routine, Routine ! Creating a routine will not only allow you to find time for you’re fitness, but it will also allow you to stay on track and create an ongoing progression within your training.

I love seeing my clients succeed and not only reach their goals, but continue to keep breaking barriers in their fitness journey.

Throughout my teenage years i was diagnosed with Type1 Diabetes which had a major impact on my life at the time. This allowed me to look at my own health and fitness and control my diabetes throught fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and weightloss techniques. I now want to help others achieve their health and fitness goals and connect with clients who may have been struggling or unsure about how to start or what methods best suits their lifestyle.

I believe that i can give a personal approach to fitness and nutrition and deliver a service that continues to help and guide my clients towards success through all round support even after working with you.

I can work with my clients online or in person and offer all my services on an online basis around your current lifestyle.

When working with my clients i use all the approriate PPE and wipe down equipment used between my clients.

Do you struggle with getting a grip on your glucose levels while exercising ?

As a qualified fitness instructor, I offer a 1:1 bespoke training session focused on improving glucose control, energy levels during exercise and throughout the day. Specialising in targeting A1c levels, improving results; through high intensity, strength and resistance training.

My 1:1 fitness training includes;

- A1c Improvement
- Glucose management through different styles of exercise
- Home workouts and outdoor training
- Weight management and fat loss
- Progress reviews and SMART goal setting

Receive 1-1 online consultations and regular check-ins with advice in accordance to Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes. Whether you’re struggling to adapt to a new lifestyle, your own personal struggles and goals or if being diagnosed with diabetes has impacted your life. I can help in;

- Focusing on adapting healthy habits
- Increasing fitness levels
- Lifestyle advice within Diabetes
- Helping friends and family deal with Diabetes
- Nutritional and diet advice

Providing these services through;

- Initial health review with consultation including diet and exercise
- 1:1 online consultations via video call ( Zoom/Skype)

I provide advice and assistance with meal planning and macronutrients in accordance to your current lifestyle and fitness goals. I work along side you by coaching a range of techniques, strategies and a knowledge of nutrition rich food groups and ingredients to adapt into your lifestyle.

Achieving this by;

- Introducing Low GI/Complex carbohydrates
- Calculating BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and Calorie intake
- Adapting to allergy and religious food groups.
- Assistance in Macronutrient food groups with advice on adapting these into your meal planning.
