- Excellent coaching which is attentive, patient and very easy to follow
- High quality equipment which is well-maintained and feels sturdy and safe
- Very very intense workout which yields results quickly, but leaves you feeling great!
- Super friendly staff and members who really make you feel welcomed especially as a newcomer
- Good value for money considering the level of expertise
- Loads of like-minded people who are keen to push you in your workout but also make the whole experience super enjoyable

I've been an on-off CrossFitter for a number of years, and I keep coming back to this box. The classes are well structured, and the programming carefully considered to provide improvements across the spectrum. There's always an effort to run additional classes - barbell, strongman, and running classes are regularly available, as are specialist classes for specific skills. A great emphasis is put on new starters, with additional coaching available, induction and taster classes too. There's been great success around nutrition as well, with a fat loss club, appropriate vending machine options, and meal plan solutions available to order. The coaches themselves are well educated, friendly, and considerate. They offer personal training sessions tailored to the individual in ways I've not seen anywhere else. The competitions run are well organised, well respected, and we'll attended. There's also a fantastic osteopath and sports therapist working from the box. All in all, there's nothing missing from CrossFit Cheltenham if you're after a complete fitness experience. More...

This is a truest great place to train. The coaches are great, they give great advice and are always willing to help improve your strengths and weaknesses. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Firstly by understanding what it is they want to achieve and then realistically planning how we are going to achieve it together. I help clients by making sure that everything we do is tailored towards their goals and it's my job to support and encourage my clients to get them to where they want to be, in a safe and motivating environment.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is absolutely no secret! It's all about having the right support and encouragement coupled with hard work, dedication, exercise and the right nutrition.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I compete all over the world in a sport called CrossFit and through this I was inspired to start my own business so that I can train full time and work doing what I love to do - helping people achieve their own goals.
