At Fitness Rigor we offer online and remotely personal training is a unique and completely bespoke package to your fitness level. Our team of expert Personal Trainers will work with you to guarantee to get you in to the best shape of your life.
You’ll be assigned your own 8 square foot training zone complete with your own equipment. There will be a maximum of 5 sessions at one time. Equipment will be cleaned between every session and everyone will be required to sanitise their hands when they enter and exit the building. Your trainer will be wearing appropriate PPE through-out your session. Our clear face shields will create a safe barrier between yourself and your trainer.
