1-2-1, partner and small group personal training with a private studio in Wavertree L15. Focusing on aerobic Fitness and strength training, using rowing machine, running, kettlebells, TRX suspension training, barbells and body weight I’ll find the right mode for you to develop yourself.
I’m also trained in fitness for people with medical conditions, fitness for kids, CaniCross running and outdoor circuit training.
In my own time I am a competitive rower and rowing coach, a recreational triathlete and Ironman finisher. Recreational CaniCrosser with my Labrador Retriever and father to two boys.
