By holding clients accountable for the effort a time put into achieving their goals, I can provide all the information a tools to do so but you have to be committed to putting the work in too. Ill hold clients accountable with weekly stats checks, keep you motivated an keep pushing you to achieve your target goals
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
consistency is paramount, as is nutrition based on your goals. Also having a tailored program suited to you taking all of the guess work out of it for you, tracking weekly progress and stats to see where there all areas that need improving, making your progress fast as possible and as natural.
What do you love most about your job?
My job gives me joy when i see my clients confidence sky high, there happy with themselves and what they see in the mirror. Clients who change their mindset to more positive thought process is what being a muscle&mind coach is all about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To help others who may have dealt with self doubt mental battles & physically becoming healthier. once I knew i could do it myself I got qualified an began helping others.
