The best thing about working with Emma is no session is the same which always keeps it interesting and keeps me motivated. Emma knows exactly when to push you more and is extremely encouraging. I don’t think twice about recommending Emma to both friends and family and really enjoyed my second group of sessions with my brother. I definately will be booking more sessions with Emma again soon. Excellent service provided for myself and friends who all started training with Emma after having our babies to help tackle the baby weight! All sessions adapted well to our own individual levels in the post natal stages. Very knowledgeable with fitness and nutrition advice, also very encouraging supporting us all every week after the sleepless nights!! Very accomadating as our babies joined the class and even joined in at some times ;) Thoroughly enjoyed my training sessions... sadly had to go back to work :( Thanks again Emma you are fab and hopefully train with you again in the future! I have trained with Emma for nearly a year now and I can't tell you the difference I see in both my shape, energy and stamina. She makes exercising fun and something I look forward to. Emma is also very flexible which is key to me as she goes out of her way to fit in my sessions (often very early!) despite our mutually busy schedules as I often work long, awkward hours and have 2 young children. She really challenges me whilst understanding my limits and I often surprise myself as to what I can do. I can not recommend her enough. More...

Emma is a great personal trainer and a really lovely person to work with. I've dropped half a stone, am motivated to be way more active in m personal life and feel stronger - in 1 or 2 sessions a week for only about 3 months. ... She makes it easy, fun and the quick pace and very tailored work out, are excellent.

Nutrition is key to your health and well being , choosing the right healthy foods to compliment your exercise routine is essential for weight loss and improved fitness levels. I will work with you to make changes to your diet in a way that works for you to ensure you are getting all the nutrients required and that it becomes a lifestyle choice for you.

We will sit down together to go over your goals and aims and put in place a realistic plan to ensure you can achieve them. As we go along if some things aren't working for you (nothing is set as everyone is different and what works for one may not work for another) we will make changes to ensure you can stick to the targets set. All my plans are bespoke and based around the clients needs and ultimate goals.

Hard work! No one said this was going to be easy! With my help and support we will ensure you enjoy your journey and as the changes we make become regular habits and lifestyle choices you want to make , it will become easier. As much as I am there to help you , only you can do this , so you have to want it!

I love working with people and it gives me a real sense of achievement to help people improve their health and fitness and reach their weight loss goals. Its always good to hear how much better people feel for the changes they make and makes my job totally worth while for me!

I'd always loved keeping healthy and been interested in healthy nutritious eating. I am a real outdoor person so love being outside as much as possible. After years of working in an office environment I decided it was time for a change and to get out and do something I loved and had a passion for. It made sense for me to go mobile and try and help as many people as I could that wouldn't normally join a gym or an exercise class. Working for myself has given me the freedom and opportunity to do this and I wouldn't change a thing!

I am a friendly and very approachable person and love working with people. I don't offer a quick fix or any fad diets or meal replacements - I believe in real healthy food and functional exercises that will ensure you get the best out of the time you spend exercising.
