Darrell is very professional and knowledgeable.He has a friendly and bubbly personality and will make all those dreaded exercises, some of us may hate/be afraid of, feel manageable or even enjoyable 😊 I definitely reccomend him.

With Online PT you can ask questions whenever they arise, and you'll be getting detailed feedback on each task you complete. This includes analysis of your exercise technique (note that this isn't something you have to do for every exercise/workout).
