I’m flexibly in how I will train my clients and adapt the technique to suit my clients. I offer mobile PT service for people in their homes, offices and their local parks. I have my own equipment Kettlebells, Boxing gloves and pads, ployo boxes, skipping ropes, pull up bars and a TRX.

The sessions I had with martin were great. I told him what I wanted to aim for and he helped me get towards my goal. he gave me nutrition advice, and also sent me some home workouts. Just about finished my first 6 weeks with Martin. Seen great results so far both in weight loss and overall fitness which were my main targets when starting with him. I train in my local gym in addition to my sessions, Martin and I have put a plan together that allows me to cover all the bases.The workouts are varied and he pushes me each session to get the best out of me. We have trained at my home and at the local park which is really enjoyable as I love being outdoors. The sessions allow me to work on different movements that I would never usually do in the gym.I plan to do a tough mudder event in September which Martin is really knowledgeable about as he has competed at a high level in these events himself and can help prepare me properly for it.Loving the sessions and don’t see myself stopping anytime soon, I have even started going to a boot camp he runs in my area too. I've been training with Martin for just over four weeks now. He's a great guy and really puts you at ease. I've started exercising again after a break of 20+ years and Martin has made each session fun and achievable. Every session is different and I'm always smiling throughout despite not really liking exercise. He's a fantastic trainer - very flexible, very punctual and always makes sessions challenging - but also fun because his approach and demeanour (he's a very nice, smiley and funny bloke) are spot-on.
