My name is Chris, I am a Female Weight Loss specialist, in particular those aged 25-50.
The reason why I love doing this is I like to help people achieve amazing things in a short space of time but more importantly making that last forever, giving people more confidence, drop a dress size, jean size, tone up and feel better within themselves.
Rather than give you a diet or generic exercise program i help you create your own diet, your way of doing things, your own exercise program based on your preferences, your likes and dislikes.
I came to Chris 10 months after having a baby. 6 months away from getting married and had put on alot of weight (size 10-12 to a size 14-16). in turn making me lose any body confidence i had and feeling at a real low. I explained what my goals were and Chris made me feel really confident that I could get to where I wanted to be. He explains well what each and every exercise is doing as you do it. And I started to see results quickly. He has such a kind approach and having once been incredibly intimidated and scared of the gym i now feel completely confident walking in by myself to do a quick session. 6 months later ive dropped down to my goal weight. I'm now on the smaller side of a size 10 and fitting in clothes i havnt fitted in for years. Thankyou so much chris! I definatly couldnt have done it without you

I had originally wanted to join KT's bootcamp, but being as I was completely out of shape, often short of breath when working out and unable to walk a mile, much less run one... I was encouraged to go the private trainer route. KT was right and I couldn't have made a better choice. I work once a week with my trainer, Janine (who is awesome) and on the other days I've been training to run a 3K. When I started in April I couldn't walk a mile in under a half hour. Yesterday I ran 2 miles in 28 minutes... without stopping!!!!! In 4 months I've lost one and a half stone, am well on my way to running that 3K and most importantly am feeling good! I couldn't have done it on my own. Having a private trainer has made all the difference. I've learned how to eat better in a way that's sustainable for me by having the support and encouragement of my trainer. I've gotten in the habit of exercising daily and I look forward to my Monday's with Janine. KT's gym has changed my life and I'm writing this as a big thank you. Thank you KT for encouraging me to hire a private trainer and Thank you Janine! For being the best trainer a girl could ask for. Also, the facility is wonderful, an old barn conversion. A great place to go work up a sweat!
As a Strength & Conditioning Coach, I will focus on movement and posture in my sessions. This will allow you to move better, which means less pain and more time spent doing the things you've wanted to do but previously couldn’t.
How will you feel during and after sessions?
I make sure that each session is different whilst still maintaining the same movement patterns in order to work towards your goal without getting bored of the same old routines you've done in the past.
