I have been working in the Health and Fitness Industry since leaving University in 2003. Since then my passion has always been to keep fit and help others with their fitness and motivation as well.
All facets of fitness are important and compliment each other, so I take more of a holistic approach to health and fitness. Whether it be wanting to run a 5k or lose weight, all aspects of fitness improvement will be taken into account.
Personal Training has been a labour of love for me, so since the Covid 19 pandemic, and gyms have closed, I have adapted and trained my clients online. This has been a great success as I feel that I can offer a more 'around the clock service', rather than 1 or 2 sessions in the gym per week.
Although I have been working around the Chester area, with the wonders of Online Personal Training I can help people wherever they live!
