Personal training: I travel to you, with equipment to use during sessions, and provide workout plans for you to do at home. I will check in weekly to see how you are feeling with regards to health and fitness progress. I include nutritional coaching with my personal training.

Very. A healthy variety of foods gets vital vitamins and minerals into your body to keep it disease free and full of energy. A balance of carbohydrates, fats and protein is needed to live your everyday life. If you manage this,the odd doughnut or Daominoes won’t be a problem. A good strong foundation of a healthy diet can support these foods.

My clients absolutely have to love their sessions with me. If you’re excited to get moving and keen to progress and learn more, you will reach your goals, not only with with my help, but your own motivation. If you don’t like an exercise or certain diet advice, we change it.

It is likely the body of your dreams is not achievable - getting that out there now. We all have a body type made up of genes - no matter the training or diet, Ariana and Beyonce will never swap bodies. You will learn to love your body when you treat it well - good diet and regular exercise. If you don’t like your body now, you’re slacking in one of those treatments.

I love it when people realise they love to exercise. They come to me to lose weight, or improve strength, and soon realise this isn’t a task that needs completing - it’s a fun hour of the day with me, which normally includes many fun hours without me! I also love having a chat with people so it’s a sociable job too.

I was once 5 stone overweight, not a clue what a nutrient was, and got tired walking upstairs. I decided to lose weight through calorie counting alone after I saw a photo of myself. During this time, I took a Nutrition course and found out everything I know about giving yourself a healthy foundation. I then became a bit of a gym bunny, absolutely loving weight training and jogging. I decided to train to be a PT. I want to help those who feel a little overwhelmed with where to start, and just get them started! I don’t like the thought of anyone being where I was.

I come to your door with all equipment necessary. This is great if you feel a bit nervous to go to the gym. I’m friendly and very patient. I’m not the shout-at-you type, but I will encourage you when I know you can do it. Like I said, you absolutely must love your sessions with me!
Also, free consultation with a free mini session? No excuse to not get in touch just for that alone. There is absolutely no obligation to continue - you MUST like your PT and their training style, and if that's not me I hope you find them.

Personal training,if required; any online sessions via video will only be after we have had a few sessions together first. I will feel more confident in my guidance when I can see your form properly.
