I have worked with Scott for over two years now and believe me I hate exercise!! Actually is that true? .... yes of sorts. Yet Scott isn’t like any other PT I’ve worked with. He doesn’t “beast” me. I go twice a week at 6.30 (because if the day gets in the way there’s no chance).. it’s pain free and we get through the workout chatting which suits me. Now don’t get me wrong if you’re looking for motivation and professional proactively. Scott strikes me as being a horses for courses guy regarding exercise and nuitrition.
