Great gym, lovely trainers who challenge you but are still super friendly. Flexible programmes offered (whether you want a PT or to train as part of a group), I've seen brilliant results since I've been a member and actually enjoy training now!

Small group sessions with 121 coaching throughout from KT to correct technique. Challenging workouts that target particular body areas (upper,lower body for example) so a range of choices to suit personal preferences. Heart rate monitors are worn throughout each workout which gives visible metrics such as level of effort, calories burnt. Great stiudio and really friendly attendees. I had originally wanted to join KT's bootcamp, but being as I was completely out of shape, often short of breath when working out and unable to walk a mile, much less run one. .. I was encouraged to go the private trainer route. KT was right and I couldn't have made a better choice. I work once a week with my trainer, Janine (who is awesome) and on the other days I've been training to run a 3K. When I started in April I couldn't walk a mile in under a half hour. Yesterday I ran 2 miles in 28 minutes... without stopping!!!!! In 4 months I've lost one and a half stone, am well on my way to running that 3K and most importantly am feeling good! I couldn't have done it on my own. Having a private trainer has made all the difference. I've learned how to eat better in a way that's sustainable for me by having the support and encouragement of my trainer. I've gotten in the habit of exercising daily and I look forward to my Monday's with Janine. KT's gym has changed my life and I'm writing this as a big thank you. I knew I'd like aerial pilates but I didn't expect to love it as much as I do! I feel worked, stretched and relaxed after each session. I keep finding myself doing routines I never thought I was capable of. KT pushes me when I need it but works routines to accommodate all abilities. It's a friendly relaxed studio in a beautiful building which is easy to park near.
I'm looking forward to doing other sessions when my little one is in school and I get a bit of me time. In the mean time I look forward to more aerial pilates. �

I can highly recommend KT's Skinny Jeans School, I joined one year ago, after trying many diet fads, joining gyms and never sticking to them I thought I would give this a go. I've never looked back, every class is different to keep you motivated, all instructors are friendly but also push you to your own ability, I love the small group sessions and always leave feeling like I've worked really hard. I have always hated the 'gym' I've tried different places over the years but never found quality training & the right vibe together. Until now � I've been training with Matt on 'Boys night circuits' on Tuesdays with a group of chaps just like me & it's great. The sessions are hard but Matt is encouraging & ridiculously strong. He has loads of options if I'm struggling with something as I have a few injuries. When I was looking for a PT, I contacted several other local trainers and signed up with KTC as she was incredibly responsive and positive with my enquiries and I haven't been disappointed since. I work with Sarah on a regular basis, it's tough but fun and I'm enjoying the results. It's a great studio, KT herself is lovely and it's a friendly environment to get fitter. More...

No nonsense way to loose weight and get fit. KT builds you up to succeed by teaching you something new each week about nutrition and exercise. Dare to believe? It actually becomes reality with KT. Having worked with her on and off over a few years, she is the only person I trust when it comes managing my well being. Although I am a member of a gym which is much closer to me, I prefer to travel that little bit further to benefit from her expertise. Taking a holistic approach with nutrition and exercise, I truly believe I'm in a much better place, and can visualise the future. I've completed both term 1 and 2 of KT's Skinny Jeans School as well as attending some graduate classes and I can honestly say. ..best thing I ever did! Not only is the studio such a uniquely awesome place to workout but KT herself provides a world class service. She cares about every individual who walks through those doors and no challenge is ever too much for her. I left the classes feeling inspired, determined and stronger to do better. Don't be worried about fitting in or be nervous about the level of intensity...you work at your own pace with guidance from KT. Everyone I met is lovely and you form unexpected friendships along the way. Over a year on from my first day at the studio and I still practice my healthy eating habits and cook awesome meals. I can not speak highly enough of my experience of training with the KT, Sarah and the rest of the team at the studio. Firstly it's a cool building with quirky bits of old meets new, there are some nice studio spaces and the equipment is perfect for 121 or small group sessions. There is always a welcoming vibe to the studio, but most importantly the teams knowledge is second to none. They they always provide a friendly yet challening environment to workout in whilst making it fun and helping me push to achieve my next goal. I have no hesitation in rating my experience 5 stars. Starting PT with KT was one of my best ever decisions. My current one to one sessions with Sarah really help me to maintain my fitness level and stay motivated to continue to stretch myself further. All the team are great at making the sessions fun and the gym could not be more convenient or better equipped. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I feel that some minor maintenance (e.g. inflating the balance balls and replacing/cleaning the gym mats) are not attended to quite as regularly as I would like. I am on my second time around doing Skinny Jeans School - because it really works. KT is a fabulous trainer. Really motivating, always keeping you up to date with nutrition, pushing you to go the extra mile. After trying unsuccessfully to lose weight for years and being fed up of my lack of core strength and the inability to even do a sit up I joined Katie's gym with a personal trainer for a while to help give me back some muscke tone. I then joined Skinny Jeans 9 Weeks ago and in this time I have lost a stone in weight. I haven't once felt hungry and feel amazing. My body is improving week on week. I have been working with KT for just over a year. She helped me prepare my body for surgery in January, without her help, compassion and expertise I would not have recovered as quickly. After my surgery we started again on a 1:1 basis and re-built my strength, stamina and fitness. I have now lost the weight I put on during my recovery period and as well as doing the small group personal training sessions, I am rebuilding my core strength with KT using the pilates reformer and with Melody Dean in pilates classes.
