Since I started training with Craig, I have achieved many personal goals that I have been struggling with for many years. These include physical improvements (such as increased endurance, strength and general fitness) as well as mental improvements (such as an increase in confidence and motivation)
. As I said, these are goals that I have been trying to achieve myself for a long time and have only now done so with the help of Craig.
His variety in what he is able to teach and train you in is extremely vast, and one of the subjects I would like to praise him in the most is his martial arts and self defence. It is clear that he has been training in these arts since he was young, however his ability to teach you from the basics with an amount of patience is a skill that a lot of martial arts teachers don't have.
All in all, Craig is a complete professional and a delight to work with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer to help them with their goals- no matter what they are.

Body of your dreams is a bad way to phrase it. Body you are happy and proud of is better. Due to social media, films, etc body image can easily be misguided and people vision unrealistic things. However, the key to success is knowledge, determination, and consistency.
