How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I get people into great shape and help them stay there through a programme of simple, controlled resistance-based workouts in my private studio and a healthy, calorie-controlled diet, along with a form of cardio that is sustainable.
I deliver results for my clients by making the process enjoyable and, most importantly, delivering the tools and knowledge that makes their dream of getting into shape and staying there a reality.
I specialise in fat loss and toning, while also help clients achieve better eating habits, improved posture, higher energy levels and a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
A good training and diet plan that is sustainable, excellent support, guidance, consistency, and plenty of dedication. Your fitness journey does not have to be arduous or overwhelming, it's more about enjoying an effective process and sticking to it for a long period of time.
What do you love most about your job?
Changing people's lives. Getting in better shape is not just about improving how you look, it's also about improving your self-confidence, mood, energy levels, flexibility, strength and posture, which then leads to healthier relationships with people and a more positive outlook on life. Having experienced this myself, I know how much being in shape can improve your life for the better.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having accumulated a lot of knowledge, skill, and experience from my own fitness journey, I wanted to share it with others and help people feel better about themselves. This is what inspires me every day, so turning it into a business where I can reach a lot of people was a no-brainer.

Yes. I do virtual personal training, where I train you through a video call (FaceTime, Zoom, Skype) and guide you through every exercise during your journey. This has proven to be very valuable for people, especially during these current times. The support is also online and I am by your side with regular communication, so that you reach your goal as quickly as possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Virtual personal training. This means that clients can train from their own home without having to join a gym or a public area where the risk of catching Covid-19 can increase. During the online personal training sessions, I am with you throughout the workout, supporting you and making sure that you are getting the most from your training.
