Quietly inspirational. Caroline found a way to help me get fitter despite the challenges with scheduling and focus. Whilst I did the work, I did it because I wanted to show her that I could do it. Thanks Caroline

I cannot adequately express just how much I appreciate Caroline's personal training sessions! She has tailored my routine to what I am striving for, whilst continuously taking into account my limitations, preferences and developing ability. She adapts and progresses my routine regularly to keep things interesting. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty by offering me great dietary and lifestyle pointers. She was from the outset- and continues to be- encouraging and friendly. I arrived at her gym feeling nervous and embarrassed and she instantly turned that into confidence and motivation. My sessions always pass so quickly because she knows when to distract you with conversation and when to cheer you on. I could not recommend Caroline more highly! More...

I have been working with Caroline since September last year. For the first 16wks I trained with her once a week. Since then, we have trained together once a month. I have lost over two stone, maintained this weight, changed shape and my eating habits. Her programmes have gently but progressively pushed me further than I could ever have thought possible but she always listens and if there is anything I cannot do, or dislike intensely (let's face it, it is exercise, after all!), she adapts and accommodates. I can't praise or thank her enough. Not wanting to sound too corny or cheesy, but sincerely, she has helped to change my life but be warned... she can't count! I contacted Caroline about have "Wednesday Workout" sessions at my work for 6 people. She has been so great!! She manages to catered to our different levels all at the same time. She is great fun and very laid back but still has us working very hard! We have all noticed the difference in our fitness! Thank you Caroline :) More...

Firstly I work with them to put together realistic and achievable goals. It's about finding a way to fit exercise into your life-style so you can maintain it - if it's too hard to do you won't do it. Depending on these goals, I will put together a bespoke and balanced programme to ensure they are working in the correct zones to get results. We will have regular assessments to ensure we are on track!

A healthy balanced diet and regular exercise is key . Everyone is different and the idea of the 'perfect body' is different too so the type of exercise you do will be dependent on this, but there's no getting away from it, you will have to work hard and be committed to it!

I get a real buzz out of helping people. I love to see my clients gain confidence and self esteem and the icing on the cake is when they get that 'fitness bug' and exercise/being active becomes part of every-day life and isn't a chore anymore. I also love spreading the word about the benefits of exercise - the health benefits associated with exercise are truly amazing!

I have always had the fitness bug and when the opportunity arose, it made sense for me to do something I really enjoy. I have a young daughter and I know how difficult it is to fit exercise into a busy life-style particularly when you don't enjoy it. I really want to help people and show them how they can become more active - even if they can only fit in 20 mins a day it is possible and the benefits are amazing

I want to make any exercise programme achievable and enjoyable - gone are the days of slogging it out in the gym for hours on end, I will show you ways to fit exercise into a busy life-style that you can maintain. If goals are un-realistic you won't maintain the programme and will become de-motivated so I will work with you to find out what is achievable. I understand that each client is individual and has different needs so every programme I design is bespoke to you.
