Mark was a excellent PT for both me and my partner . He’s very encouraging and helps you feel proud when you achieve the small habit changes which will eventually lead to the bigger picture. I would highly recommend him.
Mark started training me and my girlfriend in early 2021. As a couple we decided we needed help with our unhappy eating habits and lack of motivation to workout.

Mark is a very motivating, friendly PT who is helping me and my partner reach our goals and is doing a very good job, he adapts his way of training based on what/where your aims are and is not too ‘strict’ on nutrition which helps us to stay focused and not give us a dramatic change. We would highly recommend him!

Just started working with Mark and finding it a great session. Mark has his own gym for use and this was a big factor in my choosing him. Would highly recommend.
He knows what he’s talking about and takes the time to understand you as an individual to make sure the way you train will give you the best outcome. He’s amazing
