After raising a job Wayan called and organised a site visit to size up and accurately quote for the work. On arrival he asked all the right questions. About time, materials, access, the where’s and the how’s of the doors that would be going up and management of expectations. I was given options and we agreed on the price and the scope of the works. I needed some materials before and that added to the cost, paid up front. There were other different quotes but I just didn’t find any of them realistic and liked the presentation of Auzbuild compared to others, by highlighting some areas that would need attention to detail and time. The work was carried out with precision and care. The job has worked out superbly knowing that there were challenges in the mis-match stuff he had to work with and age of the property. Old houses just aren’t square! However all the works were expertly delivered to top standards. Wayan just won’t do a shabby job I found - he takes too much pride in the work once he shakes on the matter and is an honest tradesman in terms of what he says he’ll do - he’ll do, and do it right. Something we need more of. I also had an extra door to do that was an odd shape and Wayan took care of that last minute with no hassle. I will also add that extreme care was taken in my home. So scuffs or scrapes. No dust everywhere. Carpets covered and looked after. Privacy respected. I was working from home and I wasn’t troubled once - letting me get on with that. And Wayan was punctual in arriving and leaving with excellent comms throughout the two week job. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to call Auzbuild again for any carpentry I needed doing and he has my recommendation. Honesty, skill and importantly care are what you’ll get.

I hired Goran to come and do various tasks in our new office space. He was really tidy, on time (early actually) and worked efficiently and even went the extra mile to help me with 'making good' with something that I hadn't anticipated. His prices are reasonable too. I would highly recommend Goran and will be utilising his services again.
