I have worked in the service industry for almost 14 years and I still find it very entertaining and challenging when meeting new people and listening to their issue and try to resolve with our brilliant product and services .
I have seen people do talk about the workmanship and professionalism of the double glazing company and their after care services provided by the double glazier are very shocking. I thought let's change the way of people thinking about the double glazier and provide our valuable client with great product with better price and most importantly after care services .
We are trying to give our client a better service and great quality product with friendly sales approach rather than "Pushy " sales tactics.

From the time of obtaining a quote for a new Porch Door until its installation, I have been impressed with the Customer Service I received - thoroughly professional. The icing on the cake was the Courtesy Call from Scott shortly after the installation was completed, to check how thing went and my assessment of the Team -very efficient and made sure that everything was cleaned up and left as they found them. Thanks for a jo b well done.
