We were desperate to get our hideous driveway done before Christmas and were nervous before doing so due to bad experiences of neighbours. There was no need to worry, Ben instantly made us feel very reassured and we were sold with his years of experience and genuine nature. The finished product is excellent and we are so happy to be able to use the drive way and landscaped area properly. We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Ben and Leon who worked incredibly hard in horrible weather to get us sorted for Christmas. I would absolutely recommend and urge those wanting to get their driveways done to make sure they’re thoroughly reading reviews. It seems we were lucky to get a good, reputable company looking after us, others not so lucky!

Simon built a large and complex fence for us which required some tree/hedge removal and some serious landscaping. He also built a small wall and did some other landscaping for us. He was very friendly and helpful, and all his work was excellent. He contacted us promptly following our advert, turned up when he said he would always kept us informed. His charges were very reasonable and I would definitely use him again. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

What a fantastic, professional team Vertex Paving are. Highly, highly recommend them. From the first time he came to see the job to when he finished. My drive looks fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. We talked on a couple occasions before starting how we could finish the drive, and during the work I changed my mind and yet Ben accommodated them all, even though it was a lot more work for him, and one stage he changed something for me, and it looked awful so he changed it back, sometimes you have to listen to the professionals as they do know best. Ben and his team worked long hours and always tidied up after themselves. 5* isn’t enough for this company, I have even ask for another quote for the back garden. We are so happy with the work, and the comments have been amazing. Plus another piece on how nice Ben is a young lad came and asked him about how hard building work is and he wanted to be a mechanic but now for his reason can’t, Ben offered him a chance to work a couple of hours after school to see if he liked it, and has offered him a job when he finishes school. How great to give someone that chance to learn a skill.
