Quick to answer requests and bring samples, they came same day actually. Contact was great had mobile numbers and spoke to human not call centre or bots. Brought samples. Talked me thrugh what they woud do clearly. The company uplifted my old laminate and underlay i didnt need to route around for quotes and companies for that which was great they even moved my heavy furniture, i have a 6 piece modular corner sofa with 2 recliners. They did some small repairs on floor, fixed squeeks etc.The guys were fantastic and treated me and my home with respect. They put my furniture back putting some some under feet of sofa etc until i could get protectors for it which was very thoughtful. My living/dining room is huge and i thought it was going to cost double what it did so that was a total good surprise! Would reccommend them highly.

From the first phone call we made to Flooring Scotland, everything went like clockwork. Russell arranged for Ian to come out and see the job instantly and then they offered to start the job the following day, which was a bit too soon for us so we arranged for the following week. We were having herringbone LVT fitted. Our fitter Graeme was absolutely brilliant. He done a first class job. Our original floor was in a terrible mess due to tiles being lifted and the floor needing a screed. One of our family members did the job for us but another flooring company wouldn't fit the floor as it wasn't flat enough. Graeme sorted this and then laid our floor. We are absolutely delighted with the job he's done. I would highly recommend Flooring Scotland and will definitely be using then again in the future.
