Just finished 4 weeks of coaching from Andy and couldn’t recommend him any more. This was my first time getting online coaching and Andy was great. He took into consideration my strengths and weaknesses when setting up my programme, was always open to change and available whenever I had any questions. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
After studying Sport & Exercise Science at university for 3 years, I got a great understanding of how athletes become the best. I’ve taken this information and am able to apply it to create a detailed plan so that you can get remarkable results whilst managing real life situations such as work, family and friend commitments.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There isn't one. I truly believe with the guidance from myself in training, nutrition I can provide you with the right tools to achieve your goals and be the person you want to be.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to help people improve their lives for the better through health and fitness everyday.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I become a PT because I want to help people understand all the misleading information that is available online with regards to health and fitness.
Why should our clients choose you?
I educate individuals whilst getting them results. I don't just give out plans and say away you go. I tailor each approach to the individual and explain to them every step of the way what we are doing and why we are doing it.
