Throughout my life I've participated in a variety of sports - I've played semi-professional football, ran half marathons & marathons, boxed and now take part regularly in triathlons.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I focus on working with each individual in a very bespoke way, I don't adopt a 'one size fits all' approach.
No two people have the same goals and subsequently each require their own dedicated programme to achieve those goals.
As part of the initial consultation I will ensure that I understand exactly what it is that you want and tailor my services accordingly.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Having a goal, putting in hard work when necessary, being disciplined and having fun!
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people, having fun with them and seeing them progress.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love fitness, I love exercising, I love being around others who are doing the same, it fills me with energy and it keeps me young!

I can although do believe that I can have a better impact face to face.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Social distancing rules are observed and all equipment is wiped down before and after use - there is also an option to not use equipment and to focus on bodyweight routines only.
