What do you love most about your job?

I love when a client gets a breakthrough or achieves an ambitious goal that marks a changing point in their life.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Even before I became self employed, I have always had a fascination to help others become happier and healthier, and I loved that I could give back to people and improve their lives.

I was in a job I disliked and took it upon myself to take the decision to leave a job that paid well to pursue a career that I still to this day have a passion to get up early or work late, and make a difference to other people.

With no experience of running a business, I have enjoyed the challenges and learnings that I have had in the past and use it to improve my coaching to enable you to become a healthier and happier individual.

My specialties have come from my own life experiences in combination with the learning that those experiences gave me as well as the education that I have received to facilitate positive changes to the people that I coach. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

With Covid-19, all coaching has gone to online for the time being. Once it is safe to do 1-1 or 1 - many I will be able to offer this as well online coaching.

When it comes to fitness, the important thing to consider is your mindset. As a Life Coach and a PT I combine the knowledge of both to get your mind and body in the right state to make an everlasting change.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Firstly, you need the belief that you can achieve it, and in turn you must make it a priority to have the body of your dreams. This includes ensuring that you make the commitment to exercise, to rest and eat properly.
