How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I do weekly phone calls to all clients, checking on progress, food, extra activities (if applicable) and answering any queries they may have.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
It's no secret but getting the diet right first and foremost is the most important part of a clients journey. I look at what they are eating before they even start training and then tailor a food plan according to their individual needs. Coupled with this is a degree of dedication to their training - it's a long process and it'll take time and effort.
What do you love most about your job?
Not one day is the same as the next - new people, sometimes new places to train but ultimately seeing clients achieve small goals, leading to their main one.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Like being in charge of my own hours, working a 9-5 wouldn't suit my style!

1:1, pairs or group training.
Not only do I train individuals but I have also arranged 'buddy training ' and also group training, of 4 or more clients. Personal training doesn't have to be just 1:1 - it can be more challenging to you as a client if you are training alongside a friend, partner, husband or wife.
