All aspects of Personal Training, from weight management to sports conditioning. Diet advice is offered along with daily, weekly and monthly plans to track progress.
Main training is done from a private studio in Pinhoe but home training and also outdoor training is available.

Would highly recommend Sam. Brilliant trainer and with his knowledge and expertise in fitness helped not only on fitness levels but nutritional advice too. Even with my medical conditions he worked round it, which has in turn has helped my health. More...

I do weekly phone calls to all clients, checking on progress, food, extra activities (if applicable) and answering any queries they may have.

It's no secret but getting the diet right first and foremost is the most important part of a clients journey. I look at what they are eating before they even start training and then tailor a food plan according to their individual needs. Coupled with this is a degree of dedication to their training - it's a long process and it'll take time and effort.

Not one day is the same as the next - new people, sometimes new places to train but ultimately seeing clients achieve small goals, leading to their main one.

Like being in charge of my own hours, working a 9-5 wouldn't suit my style!

Passionate, experienced and energetic - over 18 years experience, goal setting is paramount to assist you in your journey, whether it's one month or 5 years.

Services

Not only do I train individuals but I have also arranged 'buddy training ' and also group training, of 4 or more clients. Personal training doesn't have to be just 1:1 - it can be more challenging to you as a client if you are training alongside a friend, partner, husband or wife.
