Q&As

I will start by gaining a basic understanding of their individual goals, their current lifestyle habits and how much their goals mean to them. The more information I can get from a client the better I can understand the Individual and create a more in depth programme. I will ask about not only about their lifestyle habits but also about their time, family and work commitments to create a programme that suits their lifestyle which they can stick to despite the busy life they may live.

In order to succeed and maintain progress in the long term the secret is to enjoy the process. The more you enjoy your fitness lifestyle the more likely that you will be able to sustain it without wanting to quit or give up.

I absolutely love seeing people progress in any way shape or form. This can be through: lifting more weight, gaining more confidence, improving their body composition, improving their relationship with food, learning more about nutrition, improving their mental health etc etc. My job is to help my clients to succeed within their given goals, but I love to see them succeed and smash goals they didn't even know they wanted to do.

Because not only will I help you smash your goals but I will also teach you everything we go through together so that you can continue living the lifestyle that we created for the rest of your life. I'm not their to just push you through your sessions, but I want to teach you and help you understand how and why everything that we are doing.
