I help my clients to achieve their goals with an exercise plan they look forward to, and a diet that allows them to still be able to eat their favourite foods. I treat no two clients the same because everyone has different reasons for wanting to lose weight, tone up, get stronger and improve their health. I offer so much more than just a personal training session because I give my clients the knowledge and confidence to be able to continue their exercise and nutritional journey for the long term.

Consistency! There is no magical quick fix or game changing workout. To achieve the body of your dreams you need to remain consistent with your diet and exercise over long period of time.

I love having the opportunity to work with so many different people of all ages and abilities, helping them to better their health and achieve their fitness goals. I recognise that a gym can be a very intimidating environment for many people, and I take real pride in helping them to regain and build their confidence with exercise in my private personal training studio.

I am a great believer that we can't grow as an individual unless we push ourselves out of our comfort zone. Previously I worked as a manager for gym and I was on a comfortable salary wage. However, the more I progressed as a manager the further it was taking me away from my true passion of working with people on a face to face basis, and helping them to improve their health and fitness. For these reason I decided to put all my energy and time into my own personal training business.

I have now been working in the fitness industry for over five years in the Exeter area as a personal trainer and my desire to learn and help others has only grown. Alongside personal training, I have obtained additional qualifications to work as an exercise referral and cardiac rehabilitation instructor. This has giving me a greater understanding of medical conditions, medications and how to exercise safely with more complexed clients.​ My mission is not just to help people reach their goals but give them the tools and education to make them sustainable.

My one to one personal training packages include; Private Studio Exeter, Bespoke Programming, Nutritional Advice, 24/7 Support , iOS / Android App

My small group personal training packages allows you to share the personal training experience with a friend or family member. This empowers you to increase your motivation and enjoyment for each session, whilst reducing the cost.

To maintain a high level of coaching and ensure you get the most out of my group personal training sessions, I only allow a maximum of two people. You will both receive the same additional support included with my one to one personal training packages; Private Studio Exeter, Bespoke Programming, Nutritional Advice, 24/7 Support , iOS / Android App.
