Hi I started with Angelica and Kam 3 months ago now I can honestly say they are amazing at what they do I would highly recommend them, they make you feel relaxed and confident at reaching your goals I’m super excited for my 2020 journey with them! ! I also used the infrared sauna which was fantastic I was having trouble with my shoulder it really helped me to relax and the heat was so good on my injury. After having my two boys who are now 2yr and 1yr, I’d absolutely lost my mojo, I’ve always loved fitness and working out so this was a big thing for me to try and get back on a track both for me and my boys ❤️ finally making the move I’ve now been training with angelica for going on 8 months now and I have never looked back, it’s been a long road but I made it, with the support from angelica I feel fantastic and regaining my strengths and confidence angelica works with your individual strengths and goals, I’ve always been in a gym but found myself always in a plateau state, PT absolutely all the way I just can’t recommend enough xxx

The beautiful Angelica was highly recommended to me by a friend....After suffering with a horrid disc bulge for 3 years i was very scared about working out which could have made my pain/ injury worse . Totally chuffed I took the plunge and booked in weekly sessions. Not only did Ang tailor my workout around my injury but she enhanced my fitness levels, I had built up alot of core strength. I never thought I would be one of those people who mAke horrific sounds when lifting weights,but I was !!! Added bonus was having Ang workout with me . I am so happy with the work I’ve been doing with Angelica, as a complete newbie to world of weights I was very skeptical and nervous that I wouldn’t be able to keep up, but it’s not the case, Angelica works with my strengths and pushes my weaknesses every session, I’m feeling stronger every time and more confident, plus every session is fun and we do lots of laughing ! !! I have tried and failed in recent years to stick at exercise trying various Gyms etc. However I’m now really enjoying the 1 to 1 training I’m getting from Angelica. I have been doing it for a few weeks now and I see it as a longer term thing as I enjoy it very much. The sessions are varied and interesting and are just at the right level. At the consultation, I take body composition measurements, photographs and we compare these every 4-6 weeks. I make sure clients get help with nutrition as well as giving homework so that fitness becomes a way of life even I only see someone once a week.
I also offer DNA tests to find out more about a clients genetics and relate back to diet and fitness to achieve the best results.

Being consistent is always the key but a healthy sustainable and realistic way of life is the most important factor to being happy in your own skin.
Don’t look at the scales because they only tell half the story. Body fat and muscle mass tells much more.

My job is so rewarding. I love the people I meet and see every week. We are a small, supportive community and I love being there every step of the way to help motivate my clients.

I fell in love with fitness after undergoing my own fitness journey/transformation.
Being a busy single mum of two boys I wanted to start a business where I could be around for them as much as possible. Having my own private gym studio works so well for us all and my clients thrive in a private setting.
