Highly recommend PT with Tom. He is really professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have always felt intimidated by gyms - not knowing how to use the equipment or exercise properly. Tom was happy to start with the basics, simplify exercises and build my confidence so I can work towards my goals. I now actually enjoy exercising! The home work out plans and nutritional advice have also been extremely useful. Definitely recommend signing up! More...

Yes! Online and hybrid PT is available for those living outside my local area.
I have a coaching app that allows me to design a tailored workout schedule for conline clients to follow, supplemented with continuous support via WhatsApp

My studio is disinfected daily and all clients are encouraged to avoid training if unwell in order to avoid virus spread.

We have a PT session together once a month, then you work on your goals solo, with continuous support with my coaching app

No matter where you live, even if you're outside of Derbyshire, you can still embark on a
