NeuroLifeLab Co

I offer neuroscience-informed life coaching using practical, evidence-based tools to help you create meaningful and sustainable change. While my methods are universal, clients I’m currently supporting often seek help with stress management, tailored wellness routines, confidence and imposter syndrome, career clarity (including Ikigai and MBTI-informed guidance), rebuilding after burnout, improving relationships, forming positive habits, increasing life satisfaction, and major life transitions. I am a certified life coach with a BSc, an MSc, and a second Master’s degree currently underway in Neuroscience and the Psychology of Mental Health. My academic focus is on neuroplasticity, how the brain changes through experience and this underpins everything I teach. You can be confident that my coaching approach is grounded in current, evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique situation. Alongside my scientific training, I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychoanalytic Studies and am a certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach. This combination allows me to integrate deep emotional insight with practical, compassionate tools so that clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood throughout their coaching journey. Since beginning my coaching practice in 2021, I’ve supported clients from a wide range of backgrounds and life stages, helping them move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. If you’d like to explore working together, please get in touch to schedule a complimentary 30-minute introductory call.

What do you love most about your job?

I love creating a safe, supportive space where people can explore what parts of their lives matter most to them. Nothing is more fulfilling than being a witness to clients gaining clarity, shifting long-held patterns, and reconnecting with what feels authentic and energising to them.

I’m especially passionate about the neuroscience behind change, how our brains adapt, rewire, and grow in response to new insights and experiences. My latest Master's degree allows me to study that in-depth and it's one of my greatest joys to be able to share those insights with clients. Bringing this understanding into my coaching allows me to help clients make sense of their inner world in a grounded, evidence-based way.

I truly believe that every person is an expert in their own life. My role is not to provide answers, but to ask the right questions and create the environment in which clients can discover their own solutions. Seeing someone experience that shift, both emotionally and neurologically, is the most rewarding part of what I do.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My background is strongly rooted in science. I hold a BSc in Pharmacology and Physiology, an MSc in Public Health, and spent 17 years working in the Biotech industry. In 2020, I began a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychoanalytic Studies, which opened the door to more people-focused, human-centred work and ultimately led me to pursue formal life coach training with Martha Beck.

Halfway through my training, I went through a major personal upheaval that forced me to pause, rebuild, and later restart the certification from scratch. Completing the entire program twice was challenging but transformational. It made me a more grounded, compassionate and resilient coach. Someone who has not only studied change, but lived through it.

I launched my professional coaching practice in 2022 because I realised how powerful it is when people receive support that blends scientific understanding, emotional insight, and practical tools for real-life change. I’ve since worked with a wide range of clients, from early-career professionals to senior executives, helping them navigate stress, uncertainty, major life transitions, and personal growth.

The mix of my scientific training and humanities-based work gives me a unique lens: I’m able to follow complex thought patterns, distil them into useful insights, and understand the realities of modern work environments. Whatever your situation, my goal is always to meet you where you are and support you with clarity, empathy, and evidence-informed guidance.

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients choose to work with me because I combine deep, attentive listening with a structured, neuroscience-informed approach to personal growth. I’m skilled at tracking complex trains of thought, identifying the core themes that truly matter, and reflecting them back in a way that brings clarity and insight.

I ask thoughtful, powerful questions that encourage deep reflection and help you uncover what’s really driving your decisions, behaviours, and emotions. Together, we’ll explore not only the potential impact of taking action, but also the consequences of staying where you are, giving you a fuller, more honest picture of your options.

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and compassionate. I’ll help you articulate your goals, map out the choices in front of you, and move forward with confidence. If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply and make meaningful, sustainable change, I’m here to support you.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I offer services either video call or phone call remotely over Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp. I can work with anyone based anywhere with a working internet connection or phone line.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

My business is conducted entirely online so this is n/a.
