Having worked in the corporate world for 20 years as a multi site Operations Manager chasing the £'s, I was finding myself more and more dissatisfied. I had always had a huge pull towards wanting to help people but was not quite sure how I could achieve this full time. During lockdown I began doing Life Coaching Courses for my own interest.
Following a heart attack at the tender age of 44 a couple of years ago and then returning to work, I decide changes need to made for me and my own wellbeing. I continued with my passion of learning more about Life Coaching and focusing on my own health and wellness.
In an ever changing world I decided I wanted to help others more than ever and support them in making positive changes in their lives, helping them focus on their health and mental wellbeing to improve overall quality of life before its too late...as I nearly found.
But with change comes the self doubt as we all feel when faced with change and coming out of our comfort zone. But I am excited and looking forward to the future of helping and supporting others as they make poistive changes in their lives and supporting them in achieving their goals.

All my client sessions are available via Zoom online.
Weather dependent options of Wellness Walks in my local are now available ongoing.

If you are not yet ready to commit to a Coaching Package or regular sessions, I offer a 1 hour online Clarity Boosting Coaching Session for you to get immediate support in an area of your choice.
We can look at what is holding you back, what your immediate situation is and get you back on track again with an hour of laser focused coaching.

A 12 week Transition Growth Package focusing on finding clarity in your goals, and how to reach them for a healthier, happier life.

We will work on you changing your habits, strategies on dealing with stress whilst empowering yourself to overcome your barriers to achieve your goals.

- 1 x 15 minute initial Consultation

- 8 x Online 50 minute coaching sessions

- Short term and Long term SMART Goal Planning

- Weekly Action Planning to keep you on track

- Effective Coaching tools and strategies for lasting results.

- One email support between sessions


A 6 month Transformation Package available if you are preparing for a life project in your career or personal life. Focus and working on long term SMART goals to include your personal values, career, health and wellbeing.

- 18 x 50 minute online or face to face sessions.
