Hello and congratulations on taking the first step in creating real change in your life and welcome to my profile. Coaching can help you in all manner of ways including:
increased wellness, wellbeing and happiness, improved mindset, increased self-confidence, clarity and empowerment, achieve goals, habit change, increased self-awareness, better communication and relationships, better balance in life and strategies to help with anxiety, stress, communication issues, lack of clarity, sense of powerlessness and loss of purpose.
My name is Frances, I'm a certified professional Life Coach, an Elite Performance Coach and a certified Holistic Wellness Coach with the IAWP (International Association of Wellness Practitioners). I am a life-long learner and have dedicated a great deal of my time to learning, perfecting my craft and personal development. My mission is to help you lead a happier and more joyful life. My particular interests lie in managing stress and anxiety, burnout, the mind and habit change.
I’m a member of the Association for Coaching so you can be confident that my coaching skills are of a verified professional standard, that I adhere to their Core Competencies and I am bound by their Global Code of Ethics - giving you peace of mind for my professionalism and skill-set.)
So about coaching:
- I am a change agent - this means I work with you to help you achieve the goals and outcomes you desire and help you overcome the obstacles that are currently getting in your way.
- You may have inner goals - eg you wish to be, feel or experience more of something in your life - or they may be outer goals like habit change, working on a relationship or experience more energy, better wellbeing and less anxiety and stress.
- I'm heart-led - this means I coach with empathy, compassion and kindness. I am driven and aim to excel at everything I do, so you have my assurance, as your coach you will have me 100% by your side.
- I have a framework for my coaching - and create a bespoke programme for you which allows you to overcome your particular challenge(s) and reach the goals you desire. You are unique and so will your coaching sessions be. I use strategies and tools that help you get to where you need to be.
- I also offer a programme called "Nourish" designed specifically for women looking to reduce stress and anxiety in their lives and increase energy levels, self-confidence and vibrance.
- Once we have identified what you would like to work on and how the road map looks we navigate our way to your desired outcome. This is the fun part. In our first 2 sessions we will be diving deep into your life so I can get an understanding of where you currently are and what your goals are. During our sessions we will look at your areas of life week by week and how certain habits might be impacting your current outcomes, what you would prefer to experience instead and what you can start to do more of (or less of) in order toa achieve this.
- coaching works! It works because you are unique and you have all of the answers inside of you. I will create the space for you to discover that.
A bit about me:
- I'm a Mum, an entrepreneur (ex-corporate), keen traveller and life long learner.
- I'm passionate about coaching and everything it can do for you
- My role as your coach is to provide a safe space and time for you to gain insights into how to make improvements in your life.
- I combine personal development tools along with traditional coaching strategies backed by positive psychology, NLP and neuroscience to help you to move forwards.

- We will work together for 60 mins every week or every two weeks, usually via Zoom.
- We will assess your needs when we talk - sometimes it is a one of session to get you kick-started on your wellness journey or to deal with a particular challenge, or a series of 6-12 BESPOKE sessions where we work together over a period of time and you can create true transformation.
I also offer a 12 week "Nourish" programme - which is a wellness programme I have created.
