Home design visits
We're making them safer
Because the safety of our customers and staff is more important than anything else, the way we carry out our free home design visits will be a little different:
1) Temperature:
Every morning, every Bravo London designer must tell us whether they or anyone they live with has shown signs of Coronavirus in the last 24 hours. And every morning, each one will take their own temperature. If there’s the slightest sign they may have been in contact with the virus, they won’t be allowed to carry out any visits until we know it’s safe for them to do so.
2) Protective equipment:
Every designer will wear a fresh facemask and disposable gloves for every visit and bring their own hand sanitiser.
3) Social distancing:
Our designer will do their best to stay at least 2m away from anyone else while they’re in your house.
Our installation service is running as normal, and all of our installers are taking the same protective measures as described above.
If you have already placed your order with us and have been given a date for survey, delivery or installation, then this date remains unchanged.
