Sal definitely came to our rescue over the Easter double bank holiday weekend. A bathroom tap broke on Good Friday morning, with us not being able to turn the tap off fully. We then realised there was no isolation values to the tap, so we had to turn the mains water off - nightmare! After contacting Sal through Bark, Sal came to us late on Easter Saturday after finishing up on his last job. Sal initially spent time trying to fix the tap by replacing the washes etc., without the expense of a replacement. Unfortunately due to the age, this wasn’t feasible as broken parts had been discontinued. With all outlets being closed on Easter Sunday, Sal then fitted isolation values to the broken tap so we could carry on as normal with the mains water on. Sal sourced and provided a really nice new replacement tap at a good price and came and fitted it on Easter Monday. Sal was very thorough and spent time checking all was functional with no leaks. We would highly recommend Sal and his work colleague. Great couple of guys, we will definitely use you again. Many thanks
