I hold a BSc (hons) degree from the University of East London in Integrative Counselling which included extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy and Existential Therapy. It is also the only degree which is recognised by the BACP of which I am a member and am working towards full accreditation. I also hold diplomas permitting work with clients who have experienced Domestic Violence, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety, Inner Child Healing Issues, Depression, Addiction Dependency, Anger Issues or who are Bipolar.

We believe everybody is unique and individual, as such a one size fits all approach does not work. we work from an integrative approach, tailored to work with your needs. This enables you to gain the most out of counselling and achieve what you want to achieve. We offer a relaxed atmosphere where you will be able to examine your thoughts and feelings without being judged and where we will help you to find your own way at your own pace.

Sometimes life can be overwhelming and we can be dealing with something painful. You do not have to struggle alone. I offer a safe space to work through your difficulties. It is only when we speak to someone unconnected from us that we hear our thoughts and how we are really feeling. We primarily focus on clients that are dealing with life’s difficulties such as work, education, relationships and many more.

The definition of counselling states that it is a theory-based process which helps clients to resolve everyday life issues and concerns. The difference between counselling and coaching is simple. Your counsellor is there for you; to talk to and most importantly – to listen, reflecting your thoughts and feeding back like a mirror until you have found the source of your problems and solution for them.

I am a firm believer that the therapeutic relationship can be one of the most intimate relationships that one can have. I hold a passion for walking alongside my clients in their time of despair and work diligently to guide them find the answers they seek and devlop their personal growth and disvover their true self.

I am a BABCP accredited therapist currently working within the NHS. My work involves supporting individuals from all backgrounds with a range of mental health problems, including depression and anxiety. My postgraduate training has been at UCL and Kings College London, respectively. I am most passionate about making therapy a rewarding experience for all, therefore my approach is one of transparency, empathy and non-judgement.

I offer personal counselling, either face to face or via Skype or FaceTime. I am based in Billericay or can travel to you if you want or need a home visit. My training allows me to use different counselling tools which are discussed at the first session with my client and they can choose the counselling style which suits them best. I am always led by my client and my client brings to the session anything that they feel they need to, in return I offer a safe space with no pressure or judgements, a place where my client can be themselves.

I offer individual, couple and small group counselling. I have worked with clients on many issues. I offer face to face counselling and Skype sessions.

I am patient and empathic , with a focus on providing quality, experienced counselling and specifically trained to work face to face and in a remote (video/telephone) setting. I hold professional indemnity insurance and are DBS checked.
