We offer a relaxed atmosphere where you will be able to examine your thoughts and feelings without being judged and where we will help you to find your own way at your own pace. We can offer both short and long term counselling, with regular reviews to ensure you are gaining what you want from counselling. Either Face to face or remotely via telephone or zoom. We offer an initial session, lasting 35 minutes. this includes discussing your needs, expectations of counselling and how best we could work together. with no obligation to continue. This is £10 Each session is 50 minutes (therapeutic session) and ideally weekly but can work around other commitments. Due to being a not for profit agency, we access some funding to enable counselling to be accessible for everyone. We use a sliding scale, the lower your income, the lower the costs to you. We started our agency because we feel that many more people would like to access counselling but do to one reason or another, they feel they couldn't.
Our aim is enable counselling is accessible to everyone regardless of issue, gender, sexuality, finance or background. We want to raise awareness of mental health and feel it is as important as physical health.
