Trained by Marisa Peer in her award winning therapy Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). As the name suggests RTT is fast acting and very transformative. It's a unique form of hypnotherapy that is highly effective for treating a multitude of psychological and mental disorders. It effectively treats anxiety, trauma, depression, addictions, depression, confidence issues and much more.

I am Dr Oby, a Psychotherapist, medical doctor and counselling supervisor. I currently work in both NHS and my private practice in Firmfoundation Counselling Centre located in Romford, Essex. I have over sixteen years of working experience in complex mental health cases. I also have experience in relationship counselling where I have helped many couples resolve their relationship problems.
