You will be sent a link to join a video call with one of our Specialist Physiotherapists. On the video call you will be assessed using a range of questions designed to understand why you are getting pain and what can be done to improve things. You’ll be asked to perform a range of movements and observed via video link performing a range of tasks and activities. From your assessment your physiotherapist can usually get a good idea of what the problem is and formulate a treatment plan to address your problems.

I was an Olympic gymnast in the 80s and ended my career with a broken knee. Thankfully I was fixed up in LA at the time but for the last 40 years I've lived with residual pain in my knee and shoulder from another injury. I reached out to Damien to see if he could help with my shoulder. When I mentioned my knee he told me he could fix them both. 30 minutes later he'd worked on my back and neck and completely released my shoulder, then he worked on my right knee. Leaving his treatment room was the first time in 40years I walked without residual pain. It's hard to describe the release of something I'd learned to live with and when a level of pain becomes normal, but after the treatment I feel spacious, lighter and greater ease and smoothness in my knee joint. My shoulder has released so much I feel a freedom of movement much more than before (despite also having a disciplined yoga practice of over ten years). It's been a week since the session and both my shoulder and knee feel great. I can't recommend him highly enough. His passion for his therapy and his knowledge is incredible. Thank you so much Damien, I'm truly grateful and honoured.

Great and professional service. Aaron is very humble and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile if I needed something explained so that I left the session more educated about how my body works. Definitely recommend him to other people looking for a Massage or treatment for an injury.

I had a ganglion cyst on my hand between my big and pointing finger as well as on my feet for about 10 years. All this time the pain was excruciating. I felt I needed to create a different pain by forcing to pop my fingers to distract the initial pain. Likely I met Catalin and after some good sessions the pain is now something from the past which is the best thing happened to me in the past 10 years. I am just so great full and so relieved now with no pain and no struggle on a daily basis and can deal with my everyday activities as every one should. My back pain also gone and can only thank Catalin for helping me get back on my feet and forget what pain feels like. Even though I was a little sceptical about his scenar therapy techniques I now trust it 100% and will always seek his belt in the future if need be… Thanks Catalin!
