I contacted Alastair at Home Physio Southend about a recurrent lower back pain. We made an appointment for him to visit me at home one evening where he took a detailed history and carried out thorough visual and hands on assessments. He identified some of the likely causes of my pain and gave me some exercises to help. After a short period I noticed a big difference and after one follow up session where he confirmed I was doing the exercises correctly and suggested some more to develop, I can manage my issues much better. Alastair was friendly and knowledgable and I'd definitely recommend him and use him again, although I hope I don't need to.

I met BodyWell at a vintage car show in Tankerton last year, 2019, informed them of my spinal issues and since the first adjustment my back has been improving exponentially.
