Injury assessment and rehabilitation.
Within your initial assessment, which is required to be completed before all sessions, we will discuss your injury. How you sustained it, where and when, and the interventions you are currently using to manage it. From there I will offer you a brief outline of how the session will be run, letting you know of the procedures and techniques which I will use to help you in the best way possible.
Really happy with the service I got from Scott at Biomechanical Sports Therapy! After suffering with knee issues in the build up to a race I was able to run pain free for the whole thing and reach my goal, which I would never have managed without Scott!
Richard Hayes - The Energy Coach
I help high flyers in Leeds build physical energy and optimise their recovery and renewal.
If you work with me you will drastically transform the way you look. But it comes as a nice side benefit of creating a routine that works on your terms.
You see, my typical client doesn’t have a bodyfat problem, they have an energy problem.
The habits and routines that worked for them in their 20s (even early 30s) now work against them.
Graham Whitehead has been my Personal Trainer since October 2017.
He has taught me so many things about nutrition and how important regular exercise is for ones mind, health and body. He makes every session interesting and most importantly he makes sure I’m doing it right!
I’m so glad I found this gentle, caring, and knowledgeable young man from Bark.com
I would highly recommended him to anybody needing help keeping fit. I have osteoporosis of my spine also I’m a lady of a certain age so it’s very important to me to continue with him for my future wellbeing.
I wish him every success and fulfilment in his chosen career.
Well done Graham
