Mike is a great PT.Our weekly sessions together are fun, tailored to my goals and really varied and he clearly has a wealth of knowledge backing up everything we do. He's motivating without being at all pushy and I feel totally safe as he's very careful about form and checking for injuries/strains. He's very flexible about where and when we train and just generally great company.He also designed a couple of workouts for me to do in my own time which were tailored not only to my goals but also to the equipment and times available to me, which I really appreciated. I've even enjoyed those workouts far more than others I've done alone before because there's more structure and accountability and I'm confident that I'm doing the right things in the right way for my goals.I've been really pleased with the results after only about 2 months (after years of half hearted strength training with no really guidance, it was just a month before Mike had me finally doing full push ups!) and it was a great bonus that he's taken measurements and recorded my performance along the way so I can see the results so far in cold hard numbers.I would absolutely recommend Mike to anyone.
Sports injury clinic. Our area of expertise is sports injuries, however, we are open for the general population too. We provide sports specific injury treatment and rehabilitation, sports and deep tissue massage, taping, dry needling, personal training, pilates, spine mobilisation, manipulation and ultrasound-therapy services and fitness training as well as sports nutrition.
