What do you love most about your job?

I find there is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone progress and achieve their goals with regular exercise.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have always enjoyed sport/fitness, from a young age right through to today. More recently I have taken my interest to a new level by becoming a fitness and motivational coach. This has given me the skills and attributes to go with my interest and experience in fitness. I believe that this has given me the correct blend to make a difference to peoples lives through fitness and motivational coaching. What I have learnt is that there is no right or wrong time to start becoming involved in exercise/fitness. Anyone with differing levels of fitness can benefit from structured exercise. I find there is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone progress and achieve their goals with regular exercise.
