How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I achieve this by helping clients understand the importance of exercise and nutrition,
educating them on correct form and lifting technique.
Nutrition is a colossal part of achieving your fitness goals, due to this I help you understand and calculate your calories and macros so you're always moving in the right direction.
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly check ins are also a big part of making sure you're happy with the process.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is realising this takes time, dedication and putting some faith in yourself!

What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact I can change peoples lives.
I love that I can make unfit and unhappy people turn their life around.
I love making my clients goals my own, and never stopping until they achieve them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The reality of joining the gym when I was 16, having little to no guidance and making slow progress.
It took me years to understand the process of health, fitness and nutrition, It became a dream of mine to help people starting in that situation as I did, or people stuck in a rut and unable to progress.

I do offer online/video sessions.
These sessions cap out at 30 minutes and focus on HIIT/Bodyweight movements, this helps us make sure they stay reliable to perform, cost effective and most importantly fun (Until the burpees start!).
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As I work in a commercial and large gym there is a high focus on cleanliness!
I will always wear a mask during our sessions, as long as it is necessary to do so.
Cleaning stations will be provided and we will clean and sanitise every piece of equipment in the gym, also hand sanitiser is readily available at multiple points across the gym for client and member reassurance.
1 on 1 personal training
one on one training with myself,

This covers a range of training and information from weightlifting, cardio, HIIT (high intensity interval training), Nutrition and more.
12 Week Transformation (EVOLVE)
This 12 week plan will help you get into the best shape of your life!
You'll be paired into a group of three (based on similar fitness level) and undergo three gym sessions per week.
This transformation will include the gym sessions themselves, nutritional information and guidance, access to the evolve website and client check ins to make sure you're having the best experience while achieving your goals!
All this and the plan is overall more affordable than standard 1-2-1 personal training.
Video/Online sessions
30 minute HIIT sessions via a platform of your choice (Zoom, Facetime, Whatsapp etc)
Don't have the time to join a gym? not to worry! I have you covered with the option of signing up for online/video sessions!
During these sessions we will focus on intense high volume training (Bodyweight and HIIT) as this requires no equipment and minimal space!
