Through communication and a collective understanding of the clients goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Commitment, everybody is capable of achieving the body of their dreams. However, I believe achieving a healthier body and mind is a better determinant and vision of success.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing not only physiological development but psychological development within my clients. I like seeing people happy what else can I say.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve seen a lot of lazy and unqualified individuals pursue a career as a PT and subsequently they have stained the industry. I’m looking to clean up the stigma surrounding what a PT is and transition it into what a PT can be.
