Would never have gone into a class on my own in the past, but Body Box is different, very friendly, super instructor, makes you feel good about yourself. Other members very supportive and welcome you into the classes. Only been a member for 2 months but im totally addicted to Body Attack.... classes offer differentiation depending on how fit you are feeling, which is always good on a monday evening!!

So, this morning Alesha horrified me by sending me my first set of pictures from the start of January - the change in my body and mindset since then has just been incredible. I've always had the intentions of 'getting fit again' and couldn't and wouldn't have carried on, and be motivated to continue without her support. My lifestyle has completely changed, and I'm starting to feel confident and happier in my own skin - which is amazing. I cannot recommend Alesha highly enough as a PT, and can't wait to see what results I can get in the coming months. Xx

So I've been a member at Hexis for 2 years now and I can honestly say, (pardon the cliche), it's been life changing. I have gone from being overweight, lazy and unhealthy to being much healthier, more flexible and fitter than ever. Oli and Paul have created a community that helps and encourages each other to improve, including professionally for me as they have also supported me in gaining my own coaching qualification, something that is way above and beyond what you would expect from an ordinary coach. Oli and Paul aren't oridnary (for many reasons). These guys will go above and beyond for everyone, to get the best out of you and help you achieve things you never thought possible. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!!

Massage with Sam I had a recurring problem with my right knee. Went along, and was a little apprehensive.. Yes, the massage was sore, Sam immediately realised it was my thigh & calf that was the problem. He's very calm & knowledgeable,explaining as he went. fantastic result Pain free knee!! Would recommend him to anyone. I will certainly be going back.

I've been training with Kerrie for a few months now, due to the hospital recommendations that I start PT sessions. I was really unsure that they would be the right thing for me because of my disability and being a wheelchair user. However, since starting training with Kerrie my opinion has change. I absolutely love my sessions with Karrie. Every session Is different and kerrie always fits them round my ability but ensure she pushes me to reach the best of my potential. She always motivate me and makes me feel confident and comfortable to reach my goals. Karrie shows me new ideas and ways on how to use different gym equipment to get my body working in different ways. Which has had a great and positive impact on my body I feel Karrie has never seen my disability as a problem, if anything she has embraced it. This has been shown by her patience, understanding, kindness and how she uses her knowledge and experience to help me get the most out of work with her. She is always willing to give advice and shows concern over my wellbeing when needed. I'm so glad I started training with Karrie I can't get over how much of a positive impact it has had on me, to the extent that medical professionals and family and friends have noticed the improvement in strength and ability to move. I can't thanks Karrie enough for making me work so hard to gain this improvement it such a small space of time. I'm looking Forward to continuing working with Kerrie to see how much more of an improvement I can gain. I definitely recommend Kerrie to both my disabled and not disabled friends .

I’ve had an amazing experience working with Forefront Fitness! Started with absolutely no knowledge about what should I be eating or what kind of exercises should I be doing and managed to achieve my goals in a shorter amount of time than I would have ever expected. Changed my life habits like never before, even through those hard times, and I’m feeling better than ever. Great club at lovely location . Instructors are experienced professional ,knowledgeable, skilled in martial arts ,personal training and kickboxing. They helped me with my fitness goals. The other students are very welcoming making me feel part of a family. Instructors listened to what my expectations were and guided me in the right direction to my goals at a level that was achievable for me. Any problems I had physically or mentally were considered and solutions found . Activities outside of club too, fund raising events which I have got involved have been fun and challenging . Give them a try ,call at the club ,check them out and ask questions you wont regret it .

Can't wait for this to open. Already booked my son's party here
