Great club at lovely location . Instructors are experienced professional ,knowledgeable, skilled in martial arts ,personal training and kickboxing. They helped me with my fitness goals. The other students are very welcoming making me feel part of a family. Instructors listened to what my expectations were and guided me in the right direction to my goals at a level that was achievable for me. Any problems I had physically or mentally were considered and solutions found . Activities outside of club too, fund raising events which I have got involved have been fun and challenging . I have been attending for around 4 months, for 2 classes a week, if I could I would attend more, the coaches/teachers are the most genuine and nice duo you will ever come across, the atmosphere is second to none, friendly and welcoming with a varied level of skills I would suggest this group to anyone who is wanting to start or just further your skills! Why should our clients choose you?
We support anti-knife crime and anti-bullying campaigns. We regularly give demonstrations of how devastating knife attacks can be and use these as a platform for pressing home the anti-knife crime message.
As part of the family you will always be invited to join us at events (and of course, going for dinner and a pint afterwards!)

Martial Arts Classes
We are a friendly Mansfield Karate club with a range of classes suitable for all ages and abilities. From adult beginners to more experienced martial artists looking to try something different.
Intrduction to fitness
Fit & Fight Rookies. This class goes right back to basics, for adults who "don't know where to start". Covers a range of kickboxing and general training techniques to increase fitness, strength and change body shape.
Kids Karate
Martial arts is a great way for children to develop new skills away from a classroom environment, it can increase confidence and self esteem, improve fitness, balance, co-ordination, discipline and more importantly..... burn off some of that endless energy!! Not to mention developing their self defence skills and awareness of 'stranger danger'.
Ravenshadow
Ravenshadow is our demonstration team, based on the stories of Robin Hood they showcase medieval fight displays and interactive story telling.
Members of Ravenshadow are highly trained and skilled fighters who use their skills to perform highly realistic public fight displays. Our group regularly perform at Sherwood Forest, linking modern martial arts to Medieval story telling.
Although these events are born of hard work and training, the team have immense fun taking part.
These events also help students develop public speaking and performance skills that boost personal confidence.
