Fifty3Degrees is also the home to Infinity Martial Arts which offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Self Defence classes. We work with our clients to tailor make a specific training programme that will help you smash your goals. This programmes will be challenging but achievable and we will help you every step of the way.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Getting into a good routine and planning ahead. You must also have a realistic view on what you think is your dream body. Don't get caught up on what you see in magazines and the media. The amount of people that come to us with photos of celebrities that have been photo-shopped and airbrushed is worrying. Aim to be healthy and you will be surprised with the results.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping people to become healthy and the increase in confidence that comes with it is by far one of the best parts of the job. Helping people to feel good about themselves and enjoy being active.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Working for yourself helps you help people in the way you believe is right for your clients. Working for a bigger business or gym can make the focus more towards revenue which is a large part of your job.
