I have been going to Active Fitness (been renamed a couple times) for over 12 years. Robbie is my personal trainer (funny, caring ex NFL player). Half hour, intense personal weight training and stretching workouts three times a week. The attention is personal and crafted to how I'm feeling and what I need on that particular day. I go before work and always find myself feeling better and having more energy on those days where I'm getting in my training session. Can't recommend them enough. I actually look forward to the workouts each time.

Highly recommend Billy as a personal trainer, you will not be disappointed. I first had a PT session with Billy after winning a competition on his Facebook page. Have to admit, as much as I was looking forward to it I was seriously nervous as I had not really pushed myself beyond doing standard weights and cardio. Straight away Billy made me feel at ease, with his professional, friendly and approachable nature and I enjoyed the session that much that I have continued to have further sessions. Billy is focused on helping and encouraging me to achieve my goals, which he takes time to understand and makes every session challenging, interesting and fun too. In such a short space of time, my fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. Billy’s experience is second to none and he ensures that my technique is always correct, always explaining what we are doing and why which I think is really important. This coupled with his professional nutritional advice has led to me achieving a steady weight loss and significantly changed the shape of my body which has hugely increased my confidence and made me feel good about myself once again. I had really bad pain in my back So booked in for 2 sports massages with Ian. He really knows his stuff, is professional and provided me with tips to help me stay pain free after my second session. It has been about 3 or 4 weeks since my last massage and have not had a twinge since. :) I also go to his boxing for fitness on a Wednesday, I'm not overly into my fitness, but I'm always excited to get to his session as he pushes you to your limit and it is fast paced which means you get a lot fitted in within the hour, and come away buzzing after an excellent work out!
