Body Sculpture Fitness provides exceptional Personal Training within our inspiring studio based at Rainsborough Barns in Charlton just 10 minutes from Banbury and Bicester. We are a Husband & Wife team who both love fitness providing a very welcoming environment and personal service.

If you have health and fitness goals you want to reach then Sarah and Trevor are the right people to go to. Uber knowledgable and massively motivating - they have an excellent, member focused, elite gym, with training plans for the gym bunny or the novice and there's always a happy face to greet you! !! I have achieved amazing results with Sarah at Body Sculpture Fitness. She really listens to my concerns and areas that I want to work on. She designs a challenging workout with advanced exercises that are both fun and effective. Although I have exercised before I would imagine feeling really comfortable with her as a newcomer. Trevor's been helping me improve my core strength, fitness and endurance over the last 6 months. I am an amateur occasional tri athlete who has done very little core work until I moved up to half iron man distance last year.

I've really enjoyed working with Trevor, he's fun and easy going and knows how to push you to just beyond where you'd push yourself which always delivers great results.

He can coach people of all abilities and was brilliant with my daughter Lois when she joined me for a training session at Christmas. In fact so brilliant she asks me on a weekly basis when can we go and see Trevor again!

If you want to I improve your fitness I highly recommending having a trial session with Trevor.

His new studio is well set up and I suspect he may even be thinking about updating his music :-)

Loving my fitness journey, having never been to a gym before I felt very nervous about going. Trevor has helped me tremendously to overcome this and 5 PT sessions later I'm noticing great results! Sarah is a fantastic communicator, always prompt to reply to emails. I actually look forward to going to the studio and feel great that I'm actually doing something about my fitness now. The gym is not intimidating in the slightest so there's no excuse...book your free trial, you won't regret it! More...

Fantastic Personal Training with Sarah. She really listens and understands your goals and aims. Explaining exercises and correcting techniques as you go, making sure you are working out to your optimal ability. I loved my sessions they are fun and achieve fast results, changing your body. She is a great motivator making you work hard but the sessions are so much fun you just do not want to stop. I have exercised muscles in ways I have never done before and that is such great fun. Being a novice runner and competing in the Oxford Half Marathon for the first time in 2014, I thought all I needed to do was run. ... how wrong could I be!The team at Body Sculpture Fitness taught me to add weight training, resistance training, core and flexibility as well as supplementing my cardio with rowing, cycling, skipping and box jump training (great for the hip flexors). I completed my 2nd Oxford Half last year with a 20 minute reduction in time and no injuries.
